Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers aligned with the scope of SESEEST 2027.

Manuscripts must present original work and should not be published or under review elsewhere. Authors must ensure that their papers comply with the prescribed conference template, ethical requirements and submission policies.

Similarity Below 15%

Similarity must not exceed 15%, excluding the bibliography.

Authors’ and reviewers’ identities will remain concealed.

PDF for Review

Only PDF manuscripts will be accepted during initial review.

Submission Guidelines

Authors must follow the requirements below before submitting their manuscripts.

  • Conference Scope

    The manuscript must fall within the conference scope or closely related technical areas. The Technical Program Committee has the right to determine whether a submission is within scope.

  • Originality and Simultaneous Submission

    Manuscripts submitted simultaneously to another conference or journal will not be encouraged. The decision of the Technical Program Committee will be final in such cases.

  • Language and Formatting

    Papers must be written in English and prepared using the prescribed conference manuscript template.

  • Similarity Requirement

    Papers with a similarity score of not more than 15%, excluding the bibliography, will be considered for review.

  • Camera-Ready Paper and Copyright

    After acceptance, authors are responsible for submitting the final camera-ready paper and completing the copyright process through the link provided by the conference.

  • Author Registration

    At least one author of every accepted paper must complete full registration and present the paper at the conference.

  • Publication Consideration

    Accepted and presented papers will be considered for submission to the conference proceedings, subject to quality checks, editorial assessment and final publisher approval.

Microsoft CMT Acknowledgement

The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-review process for this conference. This service is provided free of charge by Microsoft, which bears the associated expenses, including Azure cloud services, software development and support.

Peer Review Policy

Submitted papers are evaluated through a structured, double-blind peer-review process.

Initial Screening

Every manuscript is checked for scope, format, completeness and similarity before being assigned for review.

Double-Blind Review

The identities of authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process.

Three Expert Reviewers

Each eligible manuscript is reviewed by a minimum of three subject experts from national and international institutions.

Final Decision

Decisions are based on reviewer recommendations, technical quality, relevance, originality, significance and clarity.

A maximum of five papers will be assigned to an individual reviewer to support careful and timely evaluation.

Paper Acceptance Criteria

Reviewers will assess submitted manuscripts using the following criteria.

Relevance to Conference Themes

The work must align with the conference scope and address relevant problems, developments or applications.

Originality and Innovation

The manuscript must present original ideas, methods, systems, frameworks or applications.

Technical Depth and Contribution

The proposed work should demonstrate technical depth and make a meaningful contribution beyond existing studies.

Methodology and Validation

The research methodology must be appropriate, clearly described and supported by adequate validation.

Clarity of Presentation

The paper should be logically organized, clearly written and understandable to the conference readership.

Ethical Considerations

Research involving AI, healthcare, privacy or sensitive data must appropriately address ethical requirements.

Literature Review

The paper should review relevant literature, identify the research gap and position the proposed contribution clearly.

Results and Analysis

Results should be supported by appropriate tables, graphs, figures or other evidence and accompanied by critical analysis.

Compliance with Guidelines

The manuscript must follow the required template, page limits, formatting requirements and submission deadline.

Ethical Quality Criteria

Reviewers will consider the ethical integrity and transparency of each submission.

Originality

The manuscript must be original, free from plagiarism and supported by accurate citations.

Ethical Practice

Data collection, use and sharing must be transparent, and potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

Data Integrity

Data, experiments and methods must be accurate, reliable and free from inappropriate manipulation.

Acknowledgements

Appropriate credit must be given to contributors, institutions and funding organizations.

Funding and Conflict Disclosure

Financial and non-financial conflicts of interest and all funding sources must be declared.

Compliance with Conference Policies

Authors must follow all conference policies and respond appropriately to any substantial ethical concern.

Reviewer Suggestions

Reviewer comments will normally be organized into three categories:

  1. Mandatory changes and corrections
  2. Possible modifications for improvement
  3. Suggestions for extending the work in future

Role of Reviewers

  • Conduct a strict and technically rigorous review.
  • Identify gaps requiring explanation, additional work or further validation.
  • Provide constructive recommendations for improving the manuscript.
  • Maintain the technical quality expected for acceptance.
  • Evaluate novelty, significance, clarity, relevance and repeatability.
