Information regarding the conference proceedings, publication process and proposed indexing of SESEEST papers.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening, scope verification and a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Papers recommended for acceptance must satisfy the technical, ethical and formatting requirements of the conference.
Accepted papers will be considered for publication only after the authors complete registration, submit the final camera-ready manuscript and present the paper during the conference.
The publication details for SESEEST 2027 will be announced after completion of the formal publication agreement and approval by the proposed publisher.

Indexing is not controlled by the conference organizers. Inclusion in any database is subject to the independent evaluation, selection criteria and final decision of the respective indexing agency.
The proceedings of the previous edition, SESEEST 2026, will be published in the Springer book series STEAM-H: Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, Mathematics & Health.

Acceptance of a paper does not automatically guarantee publication. Authors must complete all required stages.
The final manuscript must follow the prescribed publisher template and formatting requirements.
Authors must address all mandatory reviewer comments and submit the corrected camera-ready manuscript.
Authors must complete the publisher’s copyright or licence-to-publish process within the prescribed time.
At least one author of every accepted paper must complete the applicable full registration.
The accepted paper must be presented during the conference according to the announced schedule.
The paper must comply with originality, authorship, data integrity and publication ethics requirements.
The conference organizers and publisher reserve the right to exclude any paper that does not meet the required standards, contains unresolved ethical concerns, fails to incorporate reviewer corrections or is not presented at the conference.
