The Organizing Committee invites authors, research scholars, students, faculty members and industry professionals to participate in the International Conference on Smart Electrical Systems, Electronics and Emerging Sustainable Technologies.

SESEEST 2027 will be organized in Hybrid Mode by Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Davanagere, Karnataka, India. At least one author of every accepted paper must complete the applicable full registration.

Extra-page charges apply only when the final manuscript exceeds the permitted standard page limit.

Important Registration Notes

Authors should carefully review the following conditions before making payment.

Registration includes admission to the applicable technical sessions and access to the electronic proceedings or conference material.

At least one author must complete full registration for an accepted paper to be considered for the final proceedings.

A paper will be processed further only after receipt of the complete registration fee.

Registration fees are non-refundable after payment and confirmation.

The publisher may exclude papers that do not satisfy technical, ethical or formatting requirements.

Participants attending physically must arrange their own travel and accommodation.

Tea, refreshments and working lunch will be provided to eligible in-person participants on the announced conference day.

Refund & Cancellation

Conference registration fees are non-refundable.
Decisions of the Conference Secretariat regarding registration and cancellation will be final.

Payment Policy

Payments must be made in INR or USD, as applicable.
Registration will not be confirmed without full payment.
Payments must be completed through the available online payment gateway.

Terms & Conditions

Registration must be completed within the communicated deadline.
Conference arrangements may be revised according to institutional or government regulations.

Photography & Privacy

Photography and videography may be conducted during the conference.
Participation indicates consent for appropriate use of event photographs and recordings for conference documentation and promotion.

Publication Policy

Registration or paper acceptance does not independently guarantee publication.
Publication remains subject to review, quality checks, presentation and final publisher approval.

Indexing Policy

Inclusion in any indexing database cannot be guaranteed by the conference organizers.
Indexing agencies independently evaluate and select published proceedings.
